This 3D Printing Method Might Be the Easiest Way to Get a Functional PCB

Getting a nice PCB at a low price is easier now than it has ever been before. But sometimes you don’t want a nice PCB, you just want something that works. Personally, I have the tools and equipment to make good PCBs at home, but I almost never do — it is still a hassle. I’ll make do with jumper wires or perfboards, because I’m lazy. But this method from Mecharonix for 3D-printing PCBs is easy enough that even I might do it.

This method isn’t about making a nice, high-quality PCB. It is about making a functional PCB at home without any special equipment other than a 3D printer. And unlike some similar techniques, this can be used to make double-sided PCBs. You’ll even be able to add vias.
