The Indian retail sector is growing at an extremely fast pace. Many brands are reporting that their sales or volumes have doubled compared to last year.
To keep up with this growth, companies are also hiring rapidly. There is a constant push to recruit people to staff new stores, handle the busy season, and manage large logistics operations.
However, this urgent and large-scale hiring is putting pressure on the industry’s compliance systems, stretching them to their limits.
