Prusa Promises Improved 3D Printing From a Wholly Refreshed Hardware Lineup, Teases PrusaSlicer 3.0
3D-printing pioneer Prusa Research has announced a total refresh of its 3D printer lineup, along with a release of the "next generation" PrusaSlice 3.0 to come "within weeks" to those willing to be alpha testers.
"This summer, we are refreshing the entire lineup of our 3D printers," Prusa Research, founded by Josef Prusa, "The new Prusa XL+, CORE One+ (Gen 2), and CORE One L+ bring cleaner print starts, better-looking surfaces, easier operation, and improvements based on feedback from users and the community."

The refresh is focused, the company promises, around improving the "everyday experience" of using a Prusa printer. Some improvements apply to the entire range: a nozzle wiper is now available on the Prusa XL+, Core One+ (Gen 2), and Core One L+. Others...
