Meesho has revealed new details about PRISM (Personalised Ranking & Intent Signal Module), its proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) intelligence system designed to power personalised product discovery for millions of shoppers across India.

The company said PRISM has become a core component of its commerce ecosystem, helping consumers discover products through personalised recommendations rather than traditional keyword-based searches. According to Meesho, more than 75% of orders on the platform now originate from AI-driven personalised feeds powered by the system.

The announcement comes as online shopping behaviour in India increasingly shifts toward browsing, discovery, and recommendation-led purchasing, particularly among consumers who may not begin their shopping journey with a specific product search in mind.
