Asustor's AS6702T v2 NAS has faster networking but rivals have moved on

Reasons to buy
- +Two 5GbE ports as standard
- +Four M.2 slots for storage or cache
- +Solid metal build with hot-swappable bays
- +RAM upgrades to 16GB
- +Three-year warrant
Reasons to avoid
- -Drives need screws, and upgrades mean opening the case
- -Ageing Celeron N5105 processor
- -Only PCIe 3.0 x1 on the SSD M.2 slots
