Life360 now lets parents order Uber rides for teens without leaving the app

Life360 and Uber launched an integration that lets parents request and coordinate Uber rides for teens and other family members directly inside the Life360 app. Parents can tap a family member’s real-time location on the Life360 map, and the pickup details auto-fill in the Uber app. Trip progress is visible on either platform.

Uber’s teen accounts, available for ages 13 to 17, have completed tens of millions of trips across more than 50 countries since launching in 2023. Only highly rated, experienced drivers who have passed multi-step safety screening, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks, can receive requests from teen account holders. Parents get real-time notifications and trip tracking.
