Lenovo turns device telemetry into automated IT support with ServiceNow's AI Control Tower

Lenovo is using the continuous stream of telemetry from the devices it manages to try and rethink how enterprise device lifecycle and support work - with the aim of moving from a reactive, high touch service model to one where problems are identified and resolved before the employee notices them. A key tenet of that approach is its adoption of ServiceNow's AI Control Tower, which Lenovo is using as the governance layer - for a workplace it expects to be staffed by agents as well as people.
