Fintech infrastructure company Decentro has appointed two senior leadership appointments to lead its cross-border payments and AI-led debt collections businesses, reflecting the company's focus on expanding regulated financial infrastructure while strengthening AI-driven lending solutions.

The company has named Ankur Sharma as Director, Cross Border, to lead its cross-border payments business, while Prakash Jangir has been appointed Business Director of Neowise, Decentro's AI-powered debt collections platform.

The appointments follow Decentro's recent approval as the first Indian payment aggregator to receive a full Payment Service Provider (PSP) licence from the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), enabling it to offer multi-currency accounts, cross-border collections, payouts, and escrow services through GIFT City.
