Let’s kick-start the week with a look at Rubrik and its work with Amazon Web Services (News - Alert) (AWS).

Rubrik is a cybersecurity company that focuses on (and invests deeply in) data security. Keep one thing in mind as this story progresses, though — this involves much more than data backups.

Here’s why:

As we know, cyberattacks are on the rise; they’re big-time surging in both frequency and sophistication, a one-two punch that we definitely don’t want to be on the receiving end of.
