Now Pixel 6 Users Are Reporting Issues Post-Android 15 Update

Last week, Google began rolling out the Android 15 update for Pixel devices, but some Pixel 6 owners are reporting serious problems after installation. Multiple users have stated that their devices have become unresponsive or bricked following the update and, hence, unusable.

The issue initially appeared to be linked to Google's new Private Space feature in Android 15. At least a couple of users on Reddit reported their devices becoming inoperable after enabling or using this feature.

The problem seems more than that, though, as it is not limited to Private Space users. According to Android Police, a Pixel 6 randomly became unresponsive after the update.

The exact cause of the issue remains unclear, but it may be related to how Android 15 handles user profiles, as Private Space creates a new profile on the device. You have to download an instance of the application again in Private Space ...
