Zoom Taps Carlos Quaderi To Lead APAC Growth Strategy

Zoom is reshaping its regional leadership to support its next phase of growth. The company has appointed Carlos Quaderi as Head of Asia Pacific (APAC), effective August 1, 2026, expanding his responsibilities beyond Asia to oversee Zoom's go-to-market strategy across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Asia, India, and Korea. Japan remains outside the scope of the role.

Quaderi will report to Graeme Geddes, Chief Sales and Growth Officer, Zoom, and will lead regional strategy across enterprise, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), customer experience (CX), and channel partnerships.

Expanding A Familiar Leadership Role

The appointment builds on Quaderi's existing leadership within Zoom. He previously served as Head of Asia, where he led the company's strategy and commercial operations across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan.
