This PC Is Hiding Inside a Working Computer Mouse
Hardware hackers have built countless projects that involve cramming a computer into an impossibly small enclosure. But YouTuber Gadget Industry took a somewhat different approach by building one into something that would normally be connected to a computer. His latest project packs the guts of a Samsung smartphone inside a computer mouse, using Samsung DeX to turn the mouse into a desktop computer that doubles as its own pointing device.
The computer hardware comes from a Samsung Galaxy S-series smartphone. Gadget Industry disassembled the phone and removed everything that wasn't absolutely necessary for the project, such as the cameras. He kept the main logic board, which contains the processor, RAM, storage, and wireless hardware, along with a smaller daughterboard that provides the USB-C connection.
