This might not come as a surprise, but as a phone reviewer, I tend to carry multiple handsets. What is surprising is how often I’ve reached into my bag for the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold, only to unwittingly pull out Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max. The new book-style foldable’s thinner, lighter design makes it surprisingly easy to mistake for a traditional slab phone — at least when I’m not looking.
