The Paper season 2 review: The Office spinoff still trying too hard to outdo Parks and Recreation — but Tim Key is making me proud to be British
The star rating makes things seem worse than they are, but a 50% split is exactly how I feel about The Paper season 2. Some laughs hit, others are huge misses, but the British cast are sitting pretty on top.
