D.I.V.O.R.C.E. - will nobody think of the customers? I want custody, says CEO Peter Gassner

The fairly acrimonious ‘divorce’ between Salesforce and life sciences CRM vendor Veeva shows no sign of abating even as the latter’s CEO Peter Gassner declares his firm just had its best CRM quarter to date. But getting on with the ex doesn’t seem top of anyone’s agenda:

There's a handful of customers, large customer, that did select Salesforce, many of them even two years ago, those projects are having troubles, right? They're not going smooth…Salesforce has been struggling with some of the larger projects that they have, and they don't really have any customers live. When you look at what Veeva is doing, it contrasts pretty significantly - we have over 180 customers live. We have customers that are turning AI on.
