Microsoft launches Intel-powered Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Pro 11 for business

In a nutshell: Microsoft has introduced Intel-powered versions of its Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Pro 11, designed specifically with business customers in mind. Now, users can choose between Intel and Qualcomm when selecting their next Copilot+ PC from Microsoft.

The new Surface Laptop 7 features Intel's latest processor (up to a Core Ultra 7 268V) alongside Intel Arc Graphics and up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory. It is offered with your choice of 13.8-inch or 15-inch touchscreen display coated in Gorilla Glass 5, and can be configured with up to a 1TB solid state drive.

Battery life is rated at up to 12 hours of active web usage on the smaller machine and up to 14 hours on the 15-inch model. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed – a given considering Windows 10 will reach end-of-life status later this year.
