How to check out Metallica's new 'Apple Immersive' concert film for free

One of the world's most popular rock bands partnered with Apple to create an immersive film that gives you a front-row concert seat. And you don't have to own a Vision Pro headset to see it.

Metallica, one of the biggest-selling rock groups of all time, has announced a new immersive concert experience coming to the Apple Vision Pro -- and you can preview it for free without owning a headset.

The film, simply titled Metallica, will be released this Friday, March 14 (you'll find it in the TV app). It was filmed exclusively in Apple Immersive Video during the band's M72 World Tour stop in Mexico City last fall.
