Certinia spring release leads on AI, with agents coming later this year

Professional services automation vendor Certinia is adding new AI capabilities as part of its spring release, rolling out to customers today, and has revealed details of several new AI agents it plans to introduce later this year. The new AI features are being prioritized in line with feedback from customers, says Raju Malhotra, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Certinia. One example is an AI time automation that creates draft timesheets. He comments:
