Bitsight plans to purchase a cyberthreat intelligence vendor led by the former CEO of Cloudyn to give customers deeper insights into vulnerabilities and threats.

Bitsight plans to integrate Tel Aviv-based Cybersixgill's automated threat intelligence platform with the Boston-based company's existing cyber-risk exposure data to offer a more comprehensive and holistic solution, said Chief Risk Officer Derek Vadala. Combining exposure data with threat intelligence insights will enhance Bitsight's ability to provide comprehensive, integrated cyber-risk management.
