3D-Printed Starbucks Set to Open in South Texas

The coffee shop location, which isn't far from SpaceX's launch site, is set to open this month and is made from 3D-printed concrete.

A Starbucks location in South Texas opening soon is believed to be the first 3D-printed location for the franchise. The Brownsville Texas, store, located about 20 miles from SpaceX's Starbase launch site, is made of 3D-printed concrete and will be a walk-up/drive-thru only store. Reports place its cost at under $2 million for about 1,400 square feet of espresso-pouring retail space.
