The Samsung Galaxy Watch9 adds new AI-driven health features including Daily Cardio Load, Fitness Index and an upgraded Running Coach, all built around Samsung's BioActive Sensor and integrated into the Samsung Health experience. What's New in Galaxy Watch9

The biggest health additions on the Galaxy Watch9 are three new features: Daily Cardio Load, which tracks the cardiovascular strain accumulated through activity and workouts; Fitness Index, which estimates your aerobic fitness; and an upgraded Running Coach, which provides more adaptive guidance during running.
