The RingConn Gen 3 isn't the most exciting smart ring upgrade, but RingConn has focused on refining an already solid formula, delivering excellent battery life, comprehensive health tracking and a comfortable design all without a monthly subscription. I think the app still lacks some of the polish and refinement that makes Oura the top choice, but the overall experience isn’t far off. So although the RingConn Gen 3 may not be the best smart ring your money can buy, it might be one of the smartest purchases if you’re looking for the best value.
