ESDS Software Solution Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jitendra Pathak as its Chief Operations Officer. In this pivotal role, he will spearhead the strategic endeavours within its major practices in Operations, with a focus on leveraging Advance AI / GenAI, Cloud platform technologies to foster innovation and deliver significant value to customers.

Mr. Pathak will be instrumental in leading transformational initiatives at ESDS, focusing on leveraging advanced AI and GenAI solutions to automate processes and re-engineer operations., thereby improving customer experience throughout their journey with ESDS. He will also play an active role to determine technology landscape and enhancing capability across product & service offering. He will be directly reporting to Piyush Somani, Founder, CMD, and CEO of ESDS Software Solution Ltd.
