Razorpay Takes Indian Brands Into ChatGPT Ads With OpenAI
Razorpay has partnered with OpenAI to help Indian businesses advertise on ChatGPT through Razorpay Engage, its growth marketing platform. Engage will help brands prepare product catalogues and feeds, launch ChatGPT Ads campaigns and measure their performance.
Early participating brands include Tanishq, Fastrack, Traya, Tata Neu, Rivaah by Tanishq, Shaadi.com, Axis Max Life, Palmonas and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
Razorpay has spent the past year building infrastructure designed to connect AI-led product discovery with storefronts and payments. The latest OpenAI partnership brings another piece into that stack.
