After years of wrangling espresso machines as a barista and writing about coffee styles and brewing methods, I've learned a few things. While it has its drawbacks, for a no-fuss cup with the push of a button, nothing beats a Keurig -- I can appreciate that. It's the reason millions of these easy brewers live on kitchen counters, but a push-button coffee maker is only as good as the pod you put in it.
