Obsbot, maker of my favorite robotic webcams, has been shrinking its fixed-position models to complement laptops over time. Its smallest prior to the 4K Meet Flip was the Meet 2 — small enough to perch comfortably on a laptop lid but with a relatively clunky mount relative to its size and with a magnetic lens cover bound to get lost when you throw the camera into a bag without a case.
