NVIDIA Brings Together 40+ Tech Firms to Build Open AI Security Standards

NVIDIA has launched the Open Secure AI Alliance, a new industry initiative bringing together more than 40 technology companies to develop open-source tools for securing artificial intelligence (AI) systems as businesses increasingly deploy AI agents across their operations.

The alliance includes companies such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Adobe, Cisco, Dell Technologies, CrowdStrike, Salesforce, Red Hat, Hugging Face and the Linux Foundation. Members will work together to build and share tools that help organisations secure AI models and AI agents—software systems that can perform tasks such as writing code, retrieving information, interacting with enterprise applications and automating workflows with limited human intervention.

The announcement comes as enterprises rapidly expand the use of AI agents, which are being given access to business applications, company data and internal systems.
