As healthcare organizations expand across geographies and manage increasingly distributed workforces, HR systems are becoming an important part of their operational infrastructure.

Neuberg Diagnostics has undertaken a digital transformation of its HR operations using OfficeNet’s AI-enabled human resource management platform. The company said the implementation has reduced manual HR tasks by up to 90% while improving process efficiency and workforce visibility across its locations.

Neuberg Diagnostics employs more than 7,500 people across over 250 locations. It operates in India and international markets including Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Dubai. As the company works towards expanding its workforce to around 10,000 employees, it has been modernizing its people-management systems to handle multi-location teams, different employee categories, and compliance requirements.
