My name is Vineet Vijay, and I work as a Lead AI Engineer, where I spend most of my days designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems that turn complex challenges into elegant, usable solutions. Leading a team in this space means I reside between strategy and deep technical work, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and shaping how we apply machine learning to create real impact. What draws me to AI is not just the engineering challenge but the bigger question of how machines reason, learn, and augment human capability.
