Mark your calendars — Amazon has finally revealed the Australian dates for its 2026 Prime Day sale
It’s back! Amazon Australia has officially announced the dates for Prime Day, which will once again last 7 days, kicking off at 12am on Tuesday, July 7, and finishing up at 11:59pm on Monday, July 13.
This comes about a week earlier than we expected, as the sale event is usually held in mid-July. That's alright, though, because it's still more or less on schedule and starting on a Tuesday like it usually does.
The reason that we think Amazon is hosting its Prime Day sale a little early this year is because the same event is taking place on June 23-26 in other countries (like the US, UK and Singapore), but since we just finished our very own Mid-Year Sale last week (June 1-7), it's understandable that the retail giant wouldn't want to follow it up quickly with its biggest shopping event.
