India’s professional audiovisual market is moving beyond standalone projectors, displays and video conferencing systems as enterprises increasingly look for connected, software-managed and AI-enabled environments. That shift was visible across the show floor at InfoComm India 2026, where vendors positioned meeting rooms, displays and AV infrastructure as part of broader IT environments rather than isolated hardware deployments.

Held from September 16 to 18 in Mumbai, the exhibition covered AI, enterprise IT, conference and collaboration, digital signage, education, broadcast AV and immersive technology. The event also featured more than 130 new product launches, with AI incorporated across several products on the show floor.

For companies operating in India, the change is showing up not only in product demand but also in the segments driving business.
