Business is booming for Notilyze, a Dutch analytics firm turned sovereign cloud provider in the Netherlands. US President Donald Trump could be credited with sparking appetite for the recent boom in sovereign infrastructure of all types. However, the uncomfortable tensions between the US and Europe were in motion long before he arrived on the stage. Trump's rhetoric about Greenland and Canada certainly helped. There was also the case of the International Criminal Court, headquartered in The Hague, whose chief prosecutor was "accidentally" de-platformed from Microsoft shortly after Washington sanctioned him over the Israeli arrest warrants.
