Hulp Raises $2.6 Million to Expand AI-Powered Personal Assistant Platform Across India

AI-powered personal assistance platform Hulp has raised $2.6 million in seed funding in a round led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, with participation from DeVC (Z47) and angel investors, including Yashish Dahiya, Co-Founder and Chairman of PB Fintech (PolicyBazaar).

The Gurugram-based startup said the fresh capital will be used to expand its AI-powered workflows, strengthen its technology and product capabilities, hire senior leadership, and support expansion into more Indian cities.

Funding to Accelerate AI and Growth

Founded by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Singh Khutel, Hulp combines artificial intelligence with human-assisted concierge services to help urban households manage everyday responsibilities through WhatsApp and its mobile application.

The company said it plans to invest in AI workflows spanning lifestyle, household, and operational management to improve the efficiency and scalability of its assistance platform.
