PlayStation 4 users who have wishlisted Grand Theft Auto 6 have started receiving messages urging them to upgrade to a PlayStation 5, suggesting marketing for the game has officially begun.

As spotted by the account 'GTA 6 Countdown' (via Eurogamer), PS4 players are now receiving emails and messages suggesting they make the jump to PS5 in preparation for the launch of the game later this year, since the game will only be available on current-gen consoles.
