Fibe Gets SEBI Nod For ₹750 Crore IPO
Fibe, a digital lending company, formerly known as EarlySalary, has received the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) final observation for its proposed initial public offering (IPO). Fibe’s parent, Social Worth Technologies Ltd, had filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI on June 29, 2026.
As mentioned in the DRHP, the IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 40.07 million equity shares by existing shareholders.
The regulatory clearance now moves the company closer to the public markets. But the DRHP offers the more important detail for understanding what Fibe wants from the IPO: ₹562.6 crore of the fresh proceeds is planned for its NBFC subsidiary, EarlySalary Services Pvt Ltd (ESPL).
