Clarkson's Farm season 5 episodes 7 and 8 are now streaming on Prime Video — but they come with the shocking conclusion that Jeremy Clarkson has been diagnosed with cancer.
The diagnosis is revealed halfway through episode 7, when Jeremy tells Kaleb and Charlie that he will be away for a significant portion of the year's harvest.
He describes the cancer as "aggressive" but "very early stages," hoping to be "in and out" for an operation in July 2025 but having known about his health status since that May.
This ties in with the comments Jeremy made about the crew being "worn out" and needing a "filming break" that he made during the same month.
