Can TCS’s exclusive Rezolve Ai partnership enable retailers to scale AI-led commerce?
TCS recently announced its partnership with British software company Rezolve Ai to bring the latter’s commerce platform, brainpowa, to customers who want to move beyond isolated AI pilots and enable production-grade deployments. TCS will use the platform to build and orchestrate specialized AI agents for functions like conversational commerce, intelligent discovery, and agentic checkout.
TCS is bringing to bear its global delivery network and the expertise of its Consumer Business Segment, that accounts for around 16% of its $30bn revenue, to rapidly expand Rezolve Ai’s market reach, according to Shekar Krishnan, TCS Head of Retail for UK and Europe.
