Apple iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max Are Official. Here’s What’s New
Apple has officially taken the wraps off the new iPhone 18 Pro and larger iPhone 18 Pro Max. The phones were announced during the company’s “Surprise and Shine” event on Sept. 9 and will feature a number of upgrades from the processors to the cameras and beyond.

The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max have seen a number of rumors in the past few months covering everything from variable apertures in the main camera, smaller Dynamic Islands and, yes, some new colors. But many of those nuggets of information have been somewhat overshadowed by the larger rumor of Apple finally launching its first folding iPhone.
Whether this is called the iPhone Fold, the iPhone Ultra or — as Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman now reckons — the iPhone Duo isn’t yet...
