Alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, AirPods 5 and Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 with new health sensors, Apple unveiled a revamped Health app with Apple Intelligence at its core at its Surprise and Shine event on Wednesday. It includes lab tests in partnership with Quest, strength, balance and flexibility assessments, a new insights tab with a readiness score, longevity insights and a “health age.”
These new features are similar to those we’ve seen from the Oura Ring, Whoop and Fitbit.
