AI Visibility Emerges As New Battleground For Rakhi Shopping, Data Shows

As consumers increasingly turn to generative AI for shopping recommendations, brands are facing a new challenge ahead of Raksha Bandhan: getting included in AI-generated product shortlists rather than simply appearing in conventional search results.

An analysis by SearchScore.AI, the AI visibility platform from DareAISearch, covering 3,190 submissions and 3,190 AI Visibility Reports, found that the average AI Visibility Score stood at 29%, while only 15.7% of leads recorded a score above 50%.

The findings point to an emerging gap between consumer adoption of AI-assisted shopping and brands' preparedness to appear prominently in AI-generated recommendations.
