AI Startup Spyne Expands Automotive Retail Presence With Tekion Collaboration

AI-powered automotive retail technology startup Spyne has partnered with Tekion to integrate its conversational AI platform ‘Vini’ with Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC), as dealerships increasingly adopt AI-led tools to streamline customer engagement and operations.

The collaboration allows dealerships using Tekion’s platform to connect with Spyne’s AI-powered sales and service engagement system, enabling features such as automated customer calling, appointment scheduling, follow-up communication, service reminders, and chat support within existing dealership workflows.

The integration is aimed at reducing manual data entry and helping dealership teams access real-time customer and appointment information without switching across multiple systems. The companies said the partnership is designed to improve workflow continuity across sales and service functions while enabling more contextual customer interactions.
