If you're a Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram or other Meta app user, you've probably seen Meta AI forced on you at one point or another. It might be useful on some occasions, but sometimes you don't need AI to get you where you're looking to go.

We're in the age that AI is unavoidable, and Meta knows that, which is why you can't disable Meta AI within its most popular apps, like Facebook and Instagram. If you're strong-willed, you can just try to avoid it completely, but those who want to be rid of it will be disappointed, as you can only mute it.
