AI and policing - six months on, the UK's pioneering Bobbi agentic use case is expanding its beat

Arriving accompanied by the inevitable ‘Robocop’ mainstream media headlines, Bobbi is nonetheless a genuinely pioneering demonstration of agentic AI in action. Built on Salesforce Agentforce, the project began as an initiative to free up time on the part of the police currently going on mundane, routine, non-emergency requests from the public, but six months down the track, it’s clear that there are fresh ambitions for what comes next.
