These are all words to strike terror into the hearts of enterprise product owners — especially in the context of an emerging AI world in which our ability to deliver things is accelerating faster than these functions can keep up.

I mean who wants to slow down for that crap?

But that crap is also keeping many executives awake at night as they think about how to safely implement AI — with a tendency for caution often leading to centralization, burgeoning rules and the gradual erosion of the very benefits they were trying to achieve in the first place.

But good luck picking a side — because both are just a roll of the dice. Go out of business because you’re too slow, or end up in prison because you’re too fast.
