Zendesk Relate 2026 - Zendesk expands its Resolution Platform for AI-driven service delivery

At last year’s Relate event, Zendesk put resolution, rather than tickets, at the heart of its business when it launched its Resolution Platform. So it has been clear for a while that the company is positioning itself to be more than a tool vendor.

This year’s announcements show that Zendesk is continuing to advance that strategy — both through internal development and by building on recent acquisitions.

The result, the company claims, is a broader and deeper service platform — one focused on resolving a greater range of problems across a greater range of environments. The announcements also represent an acceleration of Zendesk’s AI strategy, with new features designed to support faster resolution by both human teams and AI agents.
