You're hired! How three young women have entered the AI workforce via Salesforce's apprenticeship scheme
As part of its ongoing multi-billion dollar investment in the UK, Salesforce has placed a great emphasis on the importance of training and growing the national skills base.
To that end, the firm recently introduced its Future Trailblazers initiative, a scheme that sees Salesforce staffers and volunteers go out into the community to encourage students entering the workforce, people returning from career breaks, and under-represented groups in the tech sector, to get themselves armed with AI skills.
Future Trailblazers was born out of the UK Government's AI Boost Skills Boost initiative, explains Salesforce’s Julie Palmer:
