Xbox's Tiny 'Nano Controller' Cuts Weight By Two-Thirds
On Wednesday, Microsoft introduced an adorably small Xbox accessory called the Xbox Nano Controller. The company's smallest Xbox controller to date, it measures just over 5 inches long and weighs 3.5 ounces, making it much lighter than the 9.9-ounce standard Xbox Wireless Controller.
The Nano retains all 18 standard gameplay inputs and uses a familiar Xbox button layout. Most of its trimmed profile comes from shortening the standard controller's handles to nubs and reducing its depth. It connects to the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Windows 10 and 11 PCs, Android devices, iOS devices, and compatible smart TVs and charges via USB-C.
