Xbox Live Is Down Monday: Microsoft Says It’s Working on a Resolution

Gamers looking to start off the week by relaxing with the Xbox might need to find something else to do. On Monday, Microsoft reported that several issues were preventing gamers from using the platform. According to the Xbox Live Status page, the problems range from sign-in issues to difficulty viewing games in the Xbox store.

“You may not be able to sign-in to your Xbox profile, may be disconnected while signed in, or have other related problems,” the page said. “Features that require sign-in like most games, apps and social activity won’t be available.”

A Microsoft representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Xbox Live Status page says a resolution for all issues is “pending,” but no further detail or timing is listed.
