X Enlists Upgraded Grok AI to Combat Engagement Bait and Plagiarism
Social media network X is actively reforming its monetization framework to protect intellectual property. By leveraging the latest version of its proprietary Grok AI, the platform has successfully accelerated its ability to locate and penalize unoriginal text and video content.

Historically, accounts utilizing engagement bait or uncredited content could easily monetize the impressions generated by other users’ creations. Under the newly implemented guidelines, Grok can isolate duplicate text, viral clips, and uncredited footage three times faster than previous iteration metrics. Notably, the system is advanced enough to flag content that has been structurally altered with watermarks or introductory edits to avoid automated detection.
