Workday Elevate - what kind of AI do you want? Customers share AI success tactics - and how employees bought in
I stirred a few pots with my 'context isn't enough' post. I wanted to push vendors (and I mean all vendors) to take context further - into real-time organizational truth.
I also urged enterprises to rethink AI success, with some new proof points in mind:
- Studies have shown that smaller models can reduce LLM operating costs by as much as 90 percent.
- Even frontier-model-builder Google just admitted, in a major new playbook, that proper context/harness engineering accounts for 90 percent of the value of an agentic system, with the model accounting for just 10 percent.
